Absolutely not. We welcome members of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Our trainers are expert at scaling every exercise to meet you exactly where you are, and our class sizes are small enough to ensure you always get individual attention and guidance.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes. We provide premium mats, gloves for boxing classes, cycling shoes for spin, and fresh towels for every session. Lockers and showers are available at the studio.

How do I book a class?

Classes can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance as our classes fill up quickly due to our capped group sizes. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time.

Can I try a class before committing to a membership?

Yes — and we encourage it. Your first week at Pulse is completely free. You can attend up to three classes across different disciplines to find what you love before choosing a membership plan. No credit card required for your trial.

Question 5

Are classes suitable for people with injuries or physical limitations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please inform us of any injuries or limitations when you book, and our trainers will modify exercises accordingly. Several of our coaches have backgrounds in rehabilitation and physiotherapy. For significant medical concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor before beginning any new exercise programme.

How many classes can I attend per week?

That depends on your membership plan. Our Core plan includes 8 classes per month, Elite includes unlimited classes, and our Premium plan includes unlimited classes plus personal training sessions. Most members find 3-5 sessions per week is the sweet spot for results and recovery.
